Sunset Harbor has 5 new heated buildings and 7 cold storage buildings totaling 70,000 square feet of storage. Gas fired furnaces circulate heat at ground level ensuring that boat hulls are properly dried, preventing blistering. Maintenance on your boat is comfortable all winter long. New heated service building with 25 ft. door for larger boats.

Two new heavy duty hoists. Capable of hauling out up to 60,000 lbs. So let our experienced staff take care of all your winter boating needs.

Captain & Service Shuttle: If time constraints prevent you from getting your boat hauled out on time, we have certified captains onboard who can pick up your vessel from any location. Or if you drop off your boat at Sunset yourself, we’ll provide a shuttle service – by appointment only – to drive you back to Emerald City.
